1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the escala88 website, mobile platform, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the escala88 Platform. 2 Eligibility

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of escala88, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the escala88 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling on the Platform.

escala88 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to refuse service, suspend, or terminate your account if you do not meet these requirements or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you do not meet them.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the escala88 Platform, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to the following:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may only hold one registered account on the escala88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your escala88 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. escala88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify escala88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Identity Verification (KYC): escala88 may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when required by applicable law or regulation. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

escala88 supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions on the escala88 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your escala88 account upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. escala88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. escala88 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. escala88 reserves the right to require that deposits be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is processed, in order to prevent money laundering and payment fraud.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). escala88 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.
• Refused Transactions: escala88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law.

5 Bonuses & Promot ions

escala88 offers various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus or promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet the requirements specified in the relevant promotion. escala88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your escala88 account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unclaimed or unused bonus funds will be forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Abuse and Fraud: escala88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed or used fraudulently, in bad faith, or in violation of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion, or the use of automated software.
• Modification and Cancellation: escala88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the escala88 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• Fair Play: All games on the escala88 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure fair and random outcomes. escala88 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, escala88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. escala88 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. escala88 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the records maintained by escala88's gaming systems shall be the definitive reference. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact escala88 support within seven (7) days of the disputed event.
• Interrupted Games: If a game session is interrupted before completion due to a disconnection or technical issue, escala88 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the escala88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of your account balance, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the escala88 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to escala88 immediately.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by the escala88 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing escala88 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your escala88 account through your payment provider without prior authorization from escala88.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the escala88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the property of escala88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content without the prior written consent of escala88.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in any manner that competes with escala88's business.

The escala88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. escala88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude escala88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

escala88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Extended account inactivity, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

You may also close your escala88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the escala88 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. escala88 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR, and certain disputes may be subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

14 Amendments to These Terms

escala88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, escala88 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the escala88 Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
